Living here in Northern Virginia halfway between the Blue Ridge Mountains and Chesapeake Bay, a few minutes walk from Great Falls Park and the Potomac River, I have wonderful landscapes on my doorstep calling me to paint both plein air and in my studio. When wandering further afield, my paints, brushes and camera are my travel companions to record the world around me. I absolutely love painting sunrises and sunsets!
